Account, profile, representation, casting workspace, communication, billing, support, security and product analytics data may be processed to provide the relevant features.
How it is used
Data may be used for discovery, matching, representation verification, lead routing, subscriptions, security, support and product performance.
Public and private boundary
Casting projects, contact history, agency administration, Talent Desk, Operations, Owner and billing surfaces are not designed for public indexing or public PWA HTML caching.
Retention and security
Retention periods should follow operational, security and legal requirements. Production access should follow least-privilege and auditable controls.
Account and data requests
Deletion, correction and data requests may be handled as trackable cases through CASTORA support.
